Poets and litterateurs from many cities gathered in the program organized by Nilambar, Kolkata at All India Kaifi Azmi Academy.
The auditorium, which was buzzing from noon to late evening, was organized in three sessions including story, poem recitation and film performance.
Viewers became emotional after watching the film 'Samvadiya' based on the story of famous story writer Phanishwarnath Renu under the banner of Nilambar.
Lucknow, 29 May 2022: Nilambar, the country's prestigious literary-cultural organization, organized a literary gathering for the first time in Lucknow, the city of Adab. Writers and poets from many cities participated in 'Sahityam', a joint program of literature and cinema organized by Nilambar at All India Kaifi Azmi Academy.
While presenting his report at the beginning of the program organized in three sessions, Nilamber's secretary Ritesh Kumar said that Nilamber tried to bring literature to the common people by connecting it with all genres..! What we do is related to pure literature. Be it drama, cinema or poetry...! President of the organization Yatish Kumar said in the welcome address that intention not only strengthens it, it also makes it flexible and it is the result of this flexibility that we are doing a program in Lucknow today. He explained the efforts of Nilambar and the objective of this programme. Senior Hindi poet Naresh Saxena, who was present as a special guest in the program, said that it is a big deal for Nilambar to come from Kolkata to Lucknow amidst the gloomy atmosphere of the times. He also greeted the team of Nilambar.
In the first session of the program, Kiran Singh and Satya Vyas recited stories under the chairmanship of storyteller Akhilesh. In the Presidential statement, eminent storyteller Akhilesh, while speaking on the topic 'Kahaani: This time is Dus-Samay (Tough time)', said that in today's time, it is difficult to find classic stories, now it is the problem of the story or the magazine should talk about it. Ideology creates difficulties as well as gives vision to stories, so it is necessary to find that dark reality in the story first! Kiran Singh took the audience to a new dimension of words with the text of his story 'Mitra Keanu', while Satya Vyas took the audience to a new dimension with the text of the story 'Michliyan Bhi Cry Hai'. After the story recitation, a video montage based on Naresh Saxena's poem 'Girna' produced by Nilambar was screened. The poem in this collage is recited by Smita Goyal.
Sushila Puri, Anand Gupta, Shalini Singh, Preeti Chaudhary, Priya Verma, Rupam Mishra and Manish Yadav recited poetry under the chairmanship of Rakesh Mishra in the second session of the program and the first session of poetry recitation. After this, a video montage on Uday Prakash's poem 'Virjit Khan' produced by Nilambar was presented. In this frequency has been done by Mamta Pandey.
Avinash Mishra, Veeru Sonkar, Sandhya Navodita, Joshna Banerjee Advani, Natasha, Nazish Ansari and Seema Singh recited their poems under the chairmanship of Katyayani in the third and second sessions of the program.
The last presentation of the program was the screening of the film 'Samvadiya' based on the story of famous story writer Phanishwarnath Renu. Produced under the banner of Nilambar, this 40-minute film is directed by color director Ritesh Kumar. It is known that this film has been in the news after coming on the digital platform MX Player and it was specially screened for the literary-art lovers of Lucknow.
Many eminent literary lovers of the city were present at this one-day literary festival. The program was conducted by Manisha Choudhary, Natasha, Veeru Sonkar and Rachna Saran respectively. A vote of thanks was given by Asha Pandey. The technical team of the event included Manoj Jha, Vishal Pandey, Abhishek Pandey, Hansraj and Bharat Sau. Rakesh Mishra, Sushila Puri, Nalin Ranjan Singh, Manisha Choudhary, Manish Thapliyal, Prashant Kumar Singh, Neeraj Srivastava, Arun Singh, Laxmi Yadav, Faheem Khan made important contributions in the organization of the program.
