At least 756 cases of dengue have been reported in Delhi last week, with this increase in number of patients affected by this disease to 3865 this season.
According to a report issued by the municipal corporation, till September 23, the number of cases of dengue was 3109. By September 30, 95 and 589 cases of malaria and chikungunya were reported in the city.
According to the report, 1807 affected people of 3865 patients of dengue were resident in Delhi whereas the rest of the cases are from neighboring states. Out of 1807 cases of Delhi, 1103 cases were reported in the month of September. Due to this dengue, one person has died in Delhi this season.
Generally, cases of these three diseases appear in the middle of July to the end of November. The cases of these diseases due to mosquito bites started coming out very well this time. Doctors say that due to the early arrival of monsoon, this happened.
